From Charleston (via Highway 17): Turn left onto Hwy. 21 South at Garden’s Corner and follow the signs to Beaufort. 10.8 miles after turning onto Hwy. 21 South, you will pass the entrance to the Marine Corps Air Station. Exactly 1.4 miles past entrance to Marine Corps Air Station, turn right on SC 280 (at Builder’s First Source). This will be the first traffic light past the Air Station light. Follow 280 for 1.3 miles to the intersection at Cross Creek Shopping Center (on right). Turn right onto SC 170 West. Follow 170 for 10.3 miles, across Broad River and Chechessee River Bridges (Lemon Island Marine is on the right) to the traffic light at the Callawassie General Store (on left).. Turn left at store on Callawassie Drive, go straight .9 mile and Chechessee Creek Club entrance will be on your left.

From Interstate 95 Heading South:
Take Exit 28 (exit reads “Coosawhatchie-Hilton Head”). Continue east on Hwy. 462 toward Hilton Head. You will pick up 278, so the road signs will read 462/278. In approx. 18 miles, turn left onto Hwy. 170 toward Beaufort. Follow 170 East for about 4.4 miles to the traffic light at the Callawassie General Store. Turn right at the store onto Callawassie Drive, go straight about .9 mile, and Chechessee Creek Club entrance will be on your left.

From Interstate 95 Heading North:
Pass the Savannah Airport exit and continue 16.3 miles to South Carolina Exit 8. Turn right and follow Rt. 278 for 4.9 miles to “Beaufort” sign. (The sign is small). Take left onto John Smith Road and go 3.8 miles to Hwy. 170/278. Turn left onto 170/278 and follow the highway about 4.4 miles to the traffic light at the Callawassie General Store. Turn right at the store onto Callawassie Drive, go straight .9 mile and Chechessee Creek Club entrance will be on your left.

From Savannah Airport:
Follow signs from the airport parking lot to I-95. Turn right (north) on I-95 and go 16.3 miles to Exit 8. Take right and follow Rt. 278 for 4.9 miles to “Beaufort” sign. (The sign is small). Take left onto John Smith Road and go 3.8 miles to Hwy. 170/278. Turn left onto 170/278 and follow the highway about 4.4 miles to the traffic light at the Callawassie General Store. Turn right at the store onto Callawassie Drive, go straight .9 mile and Chechessee Creek Club entrance will be on your left.

From Downtown Savannah:
Cross the Savannah River bridge and follow 17 Alt. For 6 miles. Turn right onto 170 Alt. Follow 170 Alt. 8.5 miles to Hwy. 170 (sign says “Beaufort/Hilton Head”). Turn left onto 170 for about 12.1 miles to the traffic light at the Callawassie General Store. Turn right at the store onto Callawassie Drive, go straight .9 mile and Chechessee Creek Club entrance will be on your left.

From Downtown Beaufort:
(Visitors Center on Bay Street) Turn left on Bay Street out of the parking lot, and go .8 miles to stop light. Turn left on Ribaut Rd. and continue for 6.6 miles, crossing Battery Creek Bridge and entrance to Parris Island. At 6.6 miles, bear left onto Hwy. 802. After turning onto 802, Shell Point Plaza will be on your right. Go 2.1 miles to stop sign and turn left onto Hwy. 170. Continue on 170 for 6.8 miles, crossing the Broad River and Chechessee River bridges. At 6.8 miles (Callawassie General Store), turn left at the traffic light onto Callawassie Drive, and go .9 mile. The Chechessee Creek Club entrance will be on your left.

From Hilton Head Island:
Cross the bridge on Hwy. 278 and continue for 11.5 miles to Hwy. 170. Turn right onto 170 and go 7.8 miles to the traffic light at the Callawassie General Store. Turn right at the store onto Callawassie Drive, go straight .9 mile and Chechessee Creek Club entrance will be on your left..
