Cottage Partnership Program

Providing the ambiance of low country living, the cottages have been carefully sited so that members will enjoy a classical golf experience in a peaceful and serene setting, surrounded by the magnificent natural beauty of the Chechessee Creek.  The concept of the Partnership program is to own a portion of a cottage that is commensurate with the amount of time you intend to spend here while at the same time providing flexibility for short notice visits.

Members in the Cottage Partnership Program enjoy luxurious, hassle-free living.  Each four bedroom residence is fully-furnished and professionally designed with spacious floor plans for gathering with family and friends. The expansive porches take advantage of the pristine river, salt-marsh views, and constant breezes.

Equipment and Clothing Storage: There is no need to travel with bulky golf and boating equipment and clothing. Secure storage for these items will be provided.

Welcome Arrival: Our Reservations Manager will contact you prior to your arrival and will turn on the lights and pull out your pictures or prepare the bar.

Housekeeping Service: Maid service is available during your stay. Daily or customized service will be provided upon request for an additional charge. The Housekeeping department has cribs, high chairs, and rollaway beds available upon request.

Maintenance: The Club will manage all cottage maintenance, repairs, refurbishing, and landscape maintenance, eliminating the need for a Cottage Partner to make these decisions or take the time to manage these chores. Maintenance personnel are available to remedy problems and attend to special requests.

Ownership
The Cottage Partnership Program at Chechessee Creek is a collection of cottages with flexible reservation programs and only six owners per residence.  Your time at the Club can be enjoyed fully with your cottage, and others in the program. There is no limit to the amount of use.
